Religious Education

We welcome you to our Faith Formation program for Most Holy Trinity Parish. You may register your family on one form. Registration for your first child is at the beginning of the form. Additional children can be listed at the end of the form.

Please note that First Eucharist and Confirmation students who were not Baptized at this parish will need to provide a copy of each child's baptism certificate.
